Questions and answers - painting studies with Nofar Tsuk
Through years of experience in portrait paintings, and over 300 faces that I painted on commission, I developed a method, and built an orderly model to teach you how to paint a successful portrait painting! (A little secret that I will reveal right now: it turns out that the process starts with choosing the right reference image!)
In the new master class course I built, I reveal all the methods, tricks, tips, shortcuts and mistakes that we must avoid, all so that you too can draw breathtaking portraits!
Where are the classes held?
The drawing classes in the various formats are held in my studio, which is located in Tel-Mond in Sharon.
Do you need to know how to draw?
I believe thatAnyone can draw, and draw at a good level, with the right guidance.
I have broken down the painting process into simple and clear steps that guarantee an excellent result, so the courses, workshops and private lessons are suitable for everyone! From people who have never held a brush in their hand, to painters who have been painting for years and want to learn more tools and techniques to bring their creations to the next level!
What is the difference betweenPainting workshopToDrawing course?
The painting workshop is a one-time experience where you come alone, as a family, a group of friends or whatever format suits you. The duration of the workshops is about 4 hours where we will start with an empty canvas and you will leave with a work of art made by your own hands!
Drawing courseIncludes several sessions lasting about an hour and a half to two hours, depending on the drawing course you choose. Up to 4 people study the course, where in each meeting I will teach you techniques and give you tools that I have gained from my experience over the years. At the last meeting, everyone left with their own work of art!
How many students are there in the drawing course?
I believe in a personal relationship, so I limit the number of participants in each course to four participants. Each participant receives personal attention and I assist and guide each and every one according to the drawing they chose to draw.
Does everyone draw the same?
I don't think I've ever had two students draw the same picture. Before the start of the course or workshop, I help all the studentsChoose a reference(Inspirational picture) which they will draw during the drawing studies. Everyone comes out with a personal piece that speaks to them and suits them.
What colors do you paint?
In all the courses and workshops I give, we use acrylic paints.
We use acrylic paints, acrylic inks, acrylic sprays and acrylic markers to achieve our goals in painting.
What do you draw on?
Everyone who studies with me, paints on quality Italian canvas, stretched over a frame.
I believe that when you want to paint at a high level, you need to use quality materials. When we use cheap materials, this will be evident in the result we get at the end.
