Master-class for portrait painting
Through years of experience in portrait paintings, and over 300 faces that I painted on commission, I developed a method, and built an orderly model to teach you how to paint a successful portrait painting! (A little secret that I will reveal right now: it turns out that the process starts with choosing the right reference image!)
In the new master class course I built, I reveal all the methods, tricks, tips, shortcuts and mistakes that we must avoid, all so that you too can draw breathtaking portraits!
What will we learn?
In the course we will learn how to draw a character that reflects the original as closely as possible.
We will review recommended methods for choosing a reference image and the construction of the sketch. We will experiment with different methods for copying the figure while emphasizing accuracy in the small details.
How to approach painting in acrylic on a canvas, how to choose a work surface and how to process it for maximum compatibility with the portrait painting we have chosen.
Mixing and creating natural skin tones, lights and shades in the human body. Learning in depth about the structure of the face and the different parts, which parts have the greatest effect on the resemblance to the original, as well as how to human draw hair.
I will teach you how to locate and correct inaccuracy in the portrait painting and much more.
The course includes a canvas, painting medias and a personal equipment kit for each participant.
Each participant will choose a figure to draw according to his personal preference.
At the beginning of the course, a dedicated WhatsApp group will be opened, where instructions and updates will be given before and during the course.
